Refund, Replacements & Cancellation

At Hookit, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers. Hookit offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is:

  1. Damaged or defective

  2. Lost in-transit

  3. Wrong product (Not what you ordered)

within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered if you would like to have it replaced, and we will be happy to help.

Note: For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel (with the top wrap). This policy helps ensure that any issues or damages with the product can be thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner. We understand that providing an opening video may see.

 

Other Important Points

  • Product colour or printing colour might vary slightly based on your screen brightness and resolution. In case of reasonable colour variation, Hookit will NOT provide any return or replacement option.

  • Hookit reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for a refund (only for prepaid orders) or replacement.

  • Returns or exchange will not be applicable if:
    • The product is disliked by the customer
    • A wrong product was ordered by mistake

  • In case of any disputes, Hookit can require the customer to ship the item back, and after internal inspection of the returned item, Hookit will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Custom products will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless the product received has manufacturing defects.

  • The print quality of custom products completely depends on the resolution of the image used while customizing. Hookit cannot guarantee high-definition print for custom products.

  • COD orders are NOT eligible for refunds. If there are manufacturing errors accepted by Hookit, a free replacement will be offered.

  • If no issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled successfully.

  • If the address provided by the customer is incorrect and an address correction is requested, the customer will be charged ₹150 + GST after the shipment has started travelling.

  • If the address provided is incorrect/incomplete and the order returns to origin, the customer must pay the complete forward shipping charge to receive it again.

  • If the customer refuses the order at delivery or reschedules delivery more than 2 times, the order will return to us, and the full forward shipping charge must be paid to get it redelivered.

  • Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • Deliveries are done via reliable couriers with OTP-based delivery.
    If the customer provides OTP before receiving the package, Hookit will NOT provide any replacement or refund. In such cases, the customer must file a police complaint against the delivery agent and courier company.


    Refunds

    If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

    Refunds Timeline

    Refund processing can take up to 9 business days.


    Cancellations

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and charges assessed to us by credit card companies.
